What Size Should I Choose?
All products on fila.ae follow the international sizing scheme. You can view our size conversion chart on the product page if you need help.
When Will My Order Be Delivered and How Do I Track It?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is placed and it includes a 48 hour period where your item will be prepared and dispatched. Once your purchases are on their way to you, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Make sure you register now so you can monitor the progress of your order!
Will My Personal Information Be Confidential?
We take data protection very seriously at FILA. Information you provide to us via our website is stored on secure servers. and all transaction are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. Your card details and password are not available to any of our employees.
How Can I Place An Order?
- From the product page, select the desired color and size of the item
- Add the product to your card
- Once you have finished shopping, click on "Cart"
- Select a payment method
- Enter your detailed shipping address and your payment details
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click on “Buy Now”
After few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment our team will take care of everything and as soon as the order is shipped we will notify you with another shipping confirmation email.
How Can I Amend or Cancel an Order?
Need to change or cancel your order? We’re not always able to make amendments, but if you need assistance contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do to help.
How Do Promotional Codes Work?
The promotional codes on fila.ae give you access to exclusive offers. To take advantage of a voucher, enter the code in the appropriate field at checkout and click “Apply”.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued from banks in the GCC.
We do also offer Cash on Delivery.
What About Payment Security?
On fila.ae, every purchase is secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
At the payment time you will always be asked to enter the CVV code for every order. To protect you as the cardholder and the payments made on our site, we may contact you by email if we need to verify your details.
- Order being prepared: The order has been registered and we have already sent you a confirmation email with the order number.
- Order shipped: As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
