Returns And Exchanges
Our Return Policy
Items should be returned new, unused and with all FILA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface as they should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box since this is considered part of the product.
Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Lingerie and swimwear
We do not accept exchanges of refunds of lingerie and swimwear.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of a normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse, will not be considered as damaged. If your item is faulty when you receive it please let us know immediately and we will assist you in returning it as soon as possible.
We offer a free, easy and flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of the account.
We’ll process your refund within 3-7 working days of receiving your order. Once taken care of, you will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Due to varying processing times between different payment providers, it might take up to 10 working days for your refund to be visible in your account, however different card providers may take longer to complete this.
For Cash on Delivery purchases, please visit a store to exchange only.
Also note that shipping charges are non refundable.
